All products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on receipt. Additional taxes, fees, levies or import restrictions may apply according to local legislation and it is the customer’s responsibility to check these details before placing an order for shipping outside Australia.

Orders placed before 10 am AEST, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same business day via Australia Post. Please note any orders placed on weekends or New South Wales, Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Alamein sends all online orders with signature on delivery and therefore recommends selecting an address where somebody is able to sign for the parcel between business hours.

All customers will receive tracking information via email at the time of dispatch. If you’re not home when a driver attempts delivery a ‘sorry we missed you’ card will be left and your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office awaiting your collection.

Please note drivers do not always leave a card so it is the customer’s responsibility to check their tracking information and inquire directly with their local post office. You can track your order via auspost or visit the postage service website of your country.

So if you are unhappy with the merchandise you received for any reason we will happily
provide an exchange, credit note or refund under the following conditions;
✓ Australia and N.Z orders are returned within 14 days*
✓ Rest of the World orders are returned within 21 days*
✓ Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached in a
re-saleable condition
✓ Swimwear (only if the protective film has not been removed)
✓ You must contact us prior to making any returns to obtain your
Returns Authorisation (RA) number

  1. Email to let us know what you would like to return, why and if you would like an exchange, credit note or refund. We will then provide you with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number
  2. Fill out your returns form and note your RA number
  3. Ensure the item(s) are in original condition with tags attached
  4. If you are exchanging please include a pre-paid postage satchel within the parcel for
    re-shipping your goods to you. If this is not included one of our staff members will be in touch to process an additional payment
  5. Package up your item(s) securely and send back within 14 days of receiving your order via a traceable postal service. International orders need to be returned within 21 days. Please note Alamein will not be liable for any goods lost or stolen in transit.

If you would like to personally return your goods to our Newport Beach store you may do so. Once the returns policy has been met, we will be able to provide you with a credit note or exchange. No refunds will be given on the spot and our standard refund processing time of 5 working days will still apply


For refunds, please allow up to 5 working days upon us receiving your parcel to process the refund (excluding delivery charges).

Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payment i.e. PayPal, Afterpay or the debit or credit card used.

Exchanges received before 10 am AEST, Monday to Friday will be dispatched when possible the same business day. If the new item is a different product (including a different colour) and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund.

Credit notes will be added into the system and are valid for up to 1 year from the issue date. Credit notes are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at the checkout or in store.

If the merchandise returned does not meet our Returns and Exchanges Policy your goods will be sent back to you at your own expense.


If you believe something is faulty, incorrectly described or different to the sample
shown please send supporting imagery, order number and contact details to and we will then assess the situation and work out
the best solution.
