Casual Retail Assistant (Sunday-Monday Roster)

We are seeking a dynamic, energetic retail assistant to join our team at our Newport boutique. In this position, you will play a key role in connecting with our customers by providing superior and personalised service. The ideal candidate is extremely well organised, detail-oriented, and maintains a strong knowledge of our products.

The candidate must be prepared to work a regular Sunday/Monday shift with the potential to increase hours during the week.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide outstanding sales & customer service 
  • Assist clients with selection of merchandise 
  • Develop strong commercial relationships with clients 
  • Assist with stock management including unpacking, processing, replenishing and maintaining stockroom
  • Prepare and dispatch online orders 


  • Previous sales and customer service experience
  • Experience in stock control procedures and inventory management 
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) 
  • IT literate 
  • Exceptional presentation
